Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
