Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that we work with third-party suppliers who fulfill and ship orders on our behalf. Processing times may occasionally vary depending on product availability.


Shipping Timeframes

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or there is no movement on your tracking for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate with our supplier on your behalf.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before fulfillment.
